V: Dance of Shiva 3a Cyclic/Acyclic Movement Combinations

Cyclic movements include: Forward, Back, cForward, cBack.

Acyclic movements include: Transquarter, change, cTransquarter

In this set of movement videos, the Forward and Back moves are each combined with the Transquarter move while the cForward and cBack moves are combined with each of the change and cTransquarter moves.

Starting positions are confined to Q1 and Q2. 

There are 24 videos in all in this unit with each about 2 minutes in length.
